3rd rb no attribute points?

hi,

I did the thirth rebirth quest, had 1 mil cps, talked to the dude at the bridge in ape.
I went lvl 15 got my 3rd rb, went from tro >war
I hopped around and went back lvl 137 but i got the same hp ( so 176 str and rest at vitality )
So my conclusion is i got no extra attribute points is there any1 who can help me here ????
I feel kinda sad atm
